RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

14-day period to withdraw without providing a reason, starting from the date of receipt.

  • Returns: Product must be new and in its original packaging; return shipping costs are at your expense (unless the error is ours).
  • Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

STATUTORY WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY

The 2-year statutory warranty of conformity does not apply. The customer purchases the product "as is," as described on the site.
